I'm Maria, a private yoga therapist based in Liverpool, offering both in-person and online sessions. If you’re
feeling stressed, tense, or disconnected from your body — you’re not alone.

With over four years of experience,
I specialise in helping people manage pain and discomfort — from neck and back tension to knee and hip issues — using a combination of yoga, somatic movement, mobility work, breath practices,
and meditation.
Every session is tailored to
your needs, your pace, and your body.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit,
or experienced to begin. Just open to trying something new, and
willing to meet yourself where you are.

I also co-host "Soul-Experiences" - Retreats in stunning natural locations like Peru — and Colombia.
These retreats are a chance to step away from daily life, immerse yourself in nature, connect to ancestral wisdom and experience deep healing,
and inner transformation, in a safe & supportive environment,
in community with others.

Sometimes we need more than physical practice — we need someone to listen, talk to, and help us navigate through life’s ups and downs.
My coaching sessions are for people who are feeling stuck, stressed, or unsure how to move forward in their lives. Maybe you're dealing with emotional challenges, burnout, or life transitions. We’ll work together gently, combining conversation with tools from mindfulness and embodiment practices. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, and I’ll help you reconnect with yourself, set clear intentions, and find small, doable steps toward feeling better.
