Service Description

The mentorship program with me is designed to fit your unique needs. Depending on what you're struggling with, I create a plan of working on it, learning how to let go of your limiting beliefs and free yourself from any pain, working on improving your mental health and awareness. Each session, except for talking and giving you advice and guidance, we start with a gentle breathing exercise and finish with beautiful healing meditation that will leave you feeling so relaxed and peaceful. The price for one class is 44£, however, if after the first session you decide to work with me, you can choose to pay in advance, using one of my packages: 5 sessions for 200£ or 10 sessions for 400£.
