WELCOME to our 7-day Healing and Spiritual Retreat in the Peruvian Andes.

Let’s come together, connect and expand through this life-changing experience,

designed to guide you through a profound inner exploration, self-healing and expansion; while nestled in the bosom of the Inca’s Sacred Valley, in the precious small town

of Pisac (P’isaq).

There’s more in life that you don’t know than what you do know.

Likewise there’s more about yourself that you don’t know than what you do know.

In this retreat we seek to expand our knowledge and understanding

about life and ourselves.

ABOUT THE RETREAT

We have been endowed with spectacular superpowers that we are underusing, misusing or not using at all. It is a great time in life for us to know more about ourselves that we may enjoy life and being ourselves more.

The focus of this retreat is to learn how to live MORE FROM THE SOUL, AND LESS FROM THE EGO, and through that, release stress and suffering from our daily experience,

and engage more from the space of LOVE, PEACE, HARMONY, TRUE FREEDOM

AND EXPANSIVE CREATIVITY.

This Retreat is an inner journey of healing, connection, exploration, awakening

and expansion. Through daily practices, like Yoga, Breathing and Meditation
you will be able to let go of inner stress and tension, and connect back to harmony

and peace.

Additionally, we will enjoy a 3-day in-depth healing and awakening treatment based on KarmaBeat Breath - a safe, potent, transformative self-healing technique, that offers you
the possibility to have a conscious experience of the soul, which can be a transformative experience to help you release past traumas and blockages and open up to the infinite space of LOVE and AWARENESS.

Nestled within the breathtaking landscapes of the mystical Sacred Valley in the Peruvian Andes, surrounded by trees and mountains from all directions, this retreat is a gateway of true REST & REJUVENATION in nature, and a space of reconnection with the ancient wisdom of the Incas.

Although we will do deep spiritual work, we will also enjoy the beauty and deliciousness of the essence of Peru, the Andes, Cusco, Pisac, Machu Picchu.. the bellybutton of the world,
with its outstanding flavors, aromas, colors, textures, sounds and luminous vibes!

Maria, UK

Ashley Jones

Maria is a yoga and meditation healing therapist. She comes from Poland but has lived in the UK and taught people worldwide for the past 4 years.

She developed a deep appreciation for yoga and meditation practice while studying in China, looking for something to help her with sleep problems and anxiety. Meditation turned out to be incredibly healing and since then she's been sharing the magic and wisdom of yogic teachings.

Maria is also deeply interested in human psychology and mental health, has completed her Mental Health Counselling training and Positive Psychiatry for Children and Adults course, together with various natural healing therapies courses.

She believes that we can heal ourselves naturally and teaches how to develop this
power with the help of different stress relief techniques, Chinese medicine principles,
and deep awareness. Her gentle voice will guide You to deep relaxation.

Vic is a yoga and meditation spiritual guide
with more than 10 years of experience
in helping people to heal naturally.
He shares about spirituality based on
the millenary science of yoga and his personal experience. In his sessions, he shares a lot about how to live less from the ego and more from the Soul. He shares powerful breathing and meditation techniques to totally free ourselves from stress and negativity and live with more joy and peace.

Vic is one of the most friendly and kind-hearted teachers you will meet.
At some point in his life, he decided to end his corporate career, which was causing
lots of stress and unhappiness, sold everything and followed his heart to India, to learn about the magic of Yoga from his masters. These teachings still inspire his sessions today. he offers live yoga classes on Instagram (BAM Yoga) , private 1:1 sessions, and group events and guides transformative spiritual retreats.

Gaby is passionate about the knowledge of the biomechanics of the body and
movements, as well as the different meditation and breathing techniques that she has learned and experienced to heal difficult situations in her life. She is pleased and happy to share them with people interested in awakening the power to heal themselves from within.

She is convinced that every action we take has an impact on our community and the entire world. Celebrating life consciously and living with gratitude is her life motto.

ACCOMMODATION

We will be staying at MELISSA WASI near the town of Pisac (about 30km from Cusco)

-a beautiful, family-owned space, surrounded by mountains, with gardens and lots of space t

o walk around enjoying nature.The retreat accommodations offer a serene sanctuary for deep reflection and rejuvenation, as well as an escape from the noise of daily life.

Surrounded by the majestic Andean mountains this space is a harmonious blend of traditional Peruvian aesthetics and modern comforts.

The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Each room has a private bathroom and access to WIFI. The communal spaces, such as the dining room, the living room and the yoga room are beautifully decorated and cozy, inviting us all to come together & share.
