Service Description

1:1 relaxing online meditation and breathing session designed especially for you to best suit your unique needs. Conscious breathing is one of the best tools to relax, let go of worry, stress and anger and really put yourself into a beautiful, peaceful state of mind. We start with a short talk to get to know each other better and see what you'd like to work on and then I guide You through a few different breathwork exercises to release any tension, cleanse the body and mind and then we move into a guided meditation. This session is perfect for anyone dealing with too much stress but also for the ones who look for deepening their regular meditation practice. We also focus on releasing any bad emotions stuck in your mind and body. This session will nourish your Soul and leave you feeling amazing ;) If you will decide to work with me on a regular basis, you can choose to pay upfront and choose one of the available packages for lower prices.
