Service Description

A gentle, mindful yoga practice to help you strengthen and balance both body and mind. All sessions are beginner-friendly - so even if you've never practiced yoga before - you're going to be okay here! Sessions are available online or in person (Liverpool). Together, we’ll choose the yoga style that best supports your current needs: - Yin Yoga – A deeply calming, slow-paced practice focused on long holds, deep stretches, and muscle release. Perfect for improving flexibility and relieving tension. - Hatha Yoga – A traditional, steady practice that helps you connect breath with movement, promoting balance and inner calm. - Vinyasa Flow – A more dynamic style that links breath with movement through a flowing sequence of postures. Great for building strength, balance, and energy. - Yoga Workout / Pilates – A more active, fat-burning session designed to tone, strengthen, and support weight loss. This is yoga for healing, not for performance. Come as you are, and let’s build a practice that meets you with kindness. My approach is gentle, intentional, and rooted in self-awareness. You don’t need to be flexible, strong, or experienced to begin—just open to listening to your body. Each class is tailored to you. We’ll move mindfully, breathe deeply, and align the body in ways that support your long-term vitality and wellbeing. Every session begins with grounding breathing and ends with a relaxing meditation—leaving you feeling refreshed, peaceful, and centered.
