Online & in-person yoga class to help you strengthen and balance your body and mind. Depending on your needs, we choose a yoga practice that is best for You. You can choose either Yin Yoga (which I specialize at - it's very gentle and peaceful, relaxing yoga focused on improving flexibility and releasing any pain in the muscles), Vinyasa Yoga flow (connecting breath to movement, focusing on balancing in many different postures, more energetic flow) or Yoga workout/ Pilates (focused on fat burning exercises, great for people willing to strengthen their body and lose weight). Each class starts with a short breathing exercise and ends with a beautiful meditation to leave you in a blissful state ;) If you will decide to work with me on a regular basis, you can choose from one of the packages - 5 classes for 160£ or 10 classes for 310£.
