Service Description
Introduction to Yoga for children. Developing awareness in our body and mind is such an important step on the mindfulness journey. Starting from a young age, children have the ability to master the art of different yogic practices (stretches, exercises, meditation and gentle breathwork), which teaches them how to calm down quickly, how to control their mind and body and how to take care of their mental health in a proper way. Classes are designed according to their unique needs, starting from 3 years old kids up to 12 years old. Each class starts with a gentle breathing exercise to relax, then we move to asana (posture) practice - different stretches and yoga poses, which come from the animals and the nature. so it's a lot of fun to learn :)) and we finish with a short guided meditation. Available private and group classes (either online or face to face in Liverpool). The price 40£ can be applied for a little group up to 4 kids. (It's a great class for siblings, cousins, or friends to get together and do some yoga:)) Available packages with lower prices. I am a professional yoga teacher, I have been working with kids for over 5 years now (first as a language tutor and now I share my yoga classes with the young ones). I hold a valid DBS check, Mental Health Psychiatry and Child's Psychology Course Certificate and I really love working with children, always sharing my passion for yoga with so much peace and love for each child. I am excited to start working privately with Your kids and bring them more peace and relaxation into their lives :).
