Soft & Supported: a Yin Yoga & Cacao Journey

You deserve to rest, darling. Not only when feel exhausted...

This workshop is a space for that.

In the chaos of our day-to-day life, it's easy to spend so much time doing, giving and giving, planning, thinking and holding everything together, that we forget what it feels like to simply be.

Soft & Supported is an invitation to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with yourself in a warm, cosy and intimate space created especially for women.

Imagine soft blankets, pillows, gentle candlelight and a little space away from the demands of everyday life.

A place where you don't need to achieve anything, have everything figured out or show up in any particular way.
