Rest Nest: A Cozy Evening of Yoga & Live Music

An invitation to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, live music and stillness.

Imagine stepping into a warm, cosy space filled with blankets, cushions, soft candlelight and beautiful music. Somewhere you can leave the noise of everyday life behind, take a deep breath and allow yourself to simply be.

"Rest Nest" is a gentle evening journey bringing together yoga, somatic movement, live music, cacao and meditation. Led by Maria and Maddie, this experience invites you to slow down, turn inward and reconnect with your body through the nourishing combination of movement, breath and sound.

We'll begin by gently arriving into the space, grounding through the breath and allowing the body to settle.

From there, we'll move into a slow, nourishing practice of Yin Yoga and somatic movement, exploring gentle stretches, fluid movements and moments of stillness.

Accompanied by the soft sounds of live piano, acoustic guitar…
