Service Description

Each group session is very special and will leave you feeling so peaceful and relaxed. We start with a few breathing practices to help you ground yourself and connect to the present moment. I teach you different breathing exercises to calm down, relax, but also awaken. Then we either move to talking and sharing about our spiritual journey (depending on the topic for each class) or do asana (posture practice). Last part is a beautiful guided, healing meditation that will leave you feel sooo uplifted and full of inner peace.
